Description

Established criminal defense firm in Birmingham, Alabama seeking a full-time, entry-level criminal defense attorney to serve all counties in the state of Alabama. Preferred candidates would have excellent legal research and persuasive motions/brief writing skills and some courtroom experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Position will be based in Birmingham, Alabama.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

--Prior work experience as a criminal defense intern, law clerk, and/or attorney
--Ability to collectively work a case with a team of associates
--Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
--Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Alabama
 --Current member and in good standing with the Alabama Bar
