Our purpose-built Mont Albert North clinic features an infrared sauna, treadmill, squat rack, free weights, Pilates reformer and trapeze — enabling a seamless blend of rehabilitation and performance-based training in your clinical care.
About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our beautiful, purpose-built clinic in Mont Albert North. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment where collaboration and personalised care are central to what we do.
You’ll be supported by an experienced reception team, work within an established referral network of GPs, surgeons, local sporting clubs, and allied health professionals, and be welcomed into a lovely community of clients and practitioners.
In addition to one-on-one consultations, we run small group (1:3) Clinical Exercise and Pilates sessions tailored to each client’s goals, injuries, and priorities. These sessions allow for meaningful, long-term support and the development of strong therapeutic relationships.
You will also receive professional development support and mentoring, with opportunities to refine your clinical reasoning, enhance your exercise prescription skills, and continue to grow as a well-rounded practitioner.
This is a subcontractor role, starting at approximately 12–15 hours per week, with strong potential to grow as your caseload builds. Remuneration will be discussed based on experience and hours. It’s ideal for a physiotherapist who values a balance of independence and team support, and who’s eager to develop both clinically and professionally.

We welcome applicants of all experience levels, including new graduates. (2–3 years’ experience in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy is preferred but not essential.) - Compassionate, self-driven, and confident managing your own caseload.
- Organised and proactive, with a genuine interest in your clients’ progress and well-being.
- A collaborative team player who values learning, feedback, and ongoing professional growth.

- Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
- ABN (required on commencement).
