The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of litigation experience
- Substantial experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Experience handling court appearances and depositions, and assisting at mediations, trials and arbitrations
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and lead teams
- Willingness to reside and serve the Louisville, Kentucky market
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $190,000 to $220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
