Marrakesh Country Club, a premier private country club located in Palm Desert, California, is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Outside Services Attendants.

Experience Required

• Previous experience in golf operations, outside services, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to consistently provide exceptional service in a private club environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Ability to anticipate member needs and provide personalized service.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of golf and golf course operations is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Ability to perform physical duties outdoors, including lifting golf bags and working in varying weather conditions.

Essential Responsibilities

Member & Guest Services

• Warmly greet every member and guest upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming and professional first and last impression.
• Provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating member and guest needs.
• Learn and recognize members by name and become familiar with their individual preferences.
• Assist members and guests with golf bags, equipment, and transportation to and from the golf facilities.
• Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Proactively offer assistance rather than waiting to be asked.

Golf Operations

• Prepare, stage, clean, and organize golf carts to ensure they are ready for member and guest use.
• Maintain golf cart cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness throughout the day.
• Assist with golf bag storage, retrieval, and organization.
• Maintain the practice facilities, including range balls, bag stands, and other equipment.
• Ensure the driving range and practice areas are clean, organized, and properly presented.
• Support daily golf operations, tournaments, outings, and special club events.
• Communicate effectively with the Golf Professional Staff to ensure a seamless member experience.

Facility Presentation & Team Standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout all Outside Services areas.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively identify opportunities to improve service.
• Follow established club procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and Golf Professional Staff.
• Demonstrate a service-first mentality and a willingness to go above and beyond for members and guests.
